As I was waiting for my daily bagel in Dunkin Donuts this morning, I saw something that made me do a Seth and Amy "Really!?!". Ok so egg whites are supposed to be all healthy and blah blah. Someone ordered egg whites... with turkey and sausage on a croissant. Now doesn't this defeat the purpose of getting the egg white? Your getting more fat from the turkey and sausage (Hardy har har lil kid), than the egg I would think. The things that people change to seem (Fooling themselves) like they are eating better is kinda silly. Hmm I dunno sounds like a debunked health sandwich.
